RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges & returns of the wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered, altered and the lace has NOT been cut. Since Human hair wigs are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. The customized wigs Can't be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after you received your package via email at mycrownedwigs@gmail.com to explain the reason for the return/exchange.

2.Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 working days (a few days longer when during the vacations). After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a return shipping address and instruction.

3.Please ship the returned wig back to the address we gave you. You're responsible for the return shipping charge, which is about $6-$12 for U.S. customers.( please ship it by USPS(Postal Service), and declare the package value as $20 in order to avoid high tariffs.

4.After receiving the returned package, we’ll arrange the refund or exchange within 2 working days.

5. For Return the hair for a refund, there will be $20 shipping fee, which is charged by DHL/Fedex/UPS. we will deduct that when we send the refund.

Repair Services

We are now offering ONE TIME wig repairing services worths $50 - $120 for our customers within after-sale 3 months for FREE.
The total repairing time will be 30 - 45 days.

  1. Please DO contact mycrownedwigs@gmail.com first before you sending the wig to us.
  2. Please offering us some pictures of the part you want to repair, if it can be repaired, we will offer you an address where you can send your wig to.
  3. Our customers are responsible for the return/back shipping charge.
